Couldn’t resist writing about this brilliant competition. For a £5 (about $7) entry you could win a bloomin’ gorgeous flat in the middle of Knightsbridge, London. Set within an imposing listed building, Flat 1 of 53 Ennismore Gardens has a double bedroom, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a sleek bathroom and large reception area. Considering the average price in Kensington and Chelsea was an incredible £1.35m (about $1.7 million!) as of 2015 it’s well worth the gamble! Five percent of entry fees will be given to homeless charities, Crisis, Shelter and Emmaus. If more than 300,000 tickets are sold before December, any proceeds above this limit will go exclusively to charity.

Imagine being able to walk out of your front door to some of the best streets in the capital – as well as the wonderful Natural History Museum which is a short walking distance away.

Located in one of London’s finest squares, this lower ground floor flat, set in an imposing listed building is an ideal base when visiting London, a perfect pied–à–terre or a rental investment. The flat comprises of a double bedroom, a separate sleeping area with a full sized bunk bed a stylish bathroom and a large reception room. Moments from Knightsbridge Green, the Sloane Street shops and the National History Museum. The tube station at Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line is a short walk away as are the wide open spaces of Hyde Park.

Lord Roger Hickman, 72, who owns the property, said he plans to move out of London to look after his 100-year-old mother so wanted to sell the property while also raising money for charity.

He said: ‘My children and I will be sad to see it go. Being so close to all the amenities and tourist attractions and yet so peaceful in this beautiful square, it really is perfect. Like in any prize draw, the more tickets purchased by an individual, the higher the person’s chances of claiming the prize. I am hoping that one lucky winner can emerge as the proud owner of an apartment in London just in time for Christmas 2017.’
