The lack of free urban space in London has prompted some seriously talented bikers to show off their abilities in a rather brilliant video of them biking and jumping across landmarks in the capital. It’s also a good way to see views of the London you’ve probably never seen before (unless you’re a pigeon.)
The talented chaps behind it are Andrei Burton and Joe Seddon and freerunners Paul Joseph and Tim Shieff. It’s even more impressive considering they are using the bog-standard “Boris Bikes” public bikes, which offer a cheap way to get across the city.
My favourite part is when one of the freejumpers flips over a $140,000 Aston Martin car at a junction. Gulp.
Joelle Hadfield, CEO of FightMe who produced the video, said: ’We wanted to creatively be part of doing something different and as a London-based start-up, we wanted to showcase our city in the best way possible.
‘It was also a lot of fun – it was great to inject some playful humour, challenges and out of the box thinking into the streets of London.’
